How Enquiry Information Is Used

Enquiry information is used to respond to the enquiry, request clarifications where required, and assess whether the matter is relevant to Capital Bridge’s advisory and arrangement mandate scope.

Processing Channels

The website uses WordPress on Spaceship shared hosting in the United States. The enquiry form sends submissions by email using Contact Form 7 and authenticated, encrypted Spacemail SMTP. Direct email links open your email application. The form plugin does not store an enquiry database on this website. A temporary hashed network identifier is retained for up to ten minutes to limit automated submissions. Enquiries sent to info@capitalbridge.consulting are handled through Spacemail.

For an initial enquiry, please provide a non-confidential summary first. A secure submission route should be agreed before sending documents.

Spaceship’s published data-processing terms allow customer data to be processed in the United States. The exact storage locations and service-specific subprocessors for this website and mailbox have not yet been confirmed.

Limited Sharing for Enquiry Execution

Information may be shared on a limited basis where needed for transaction assessment or for professional support functions directly tied to the enquiry, and only with parties involved in that scope.

Technical Website Data

As part of operating and maintaining the website, technical usage data may be processed by the website platform, including routine request and device/browser metadata generated during site access.

Provider Security and Backups

Spacemail’s published terms describe automated security screening of email content, which may involve limited processing through OpenAI moderation. Optional email AI-assistant processing depends on the feature being enabled; its status for this mailbox has not been verified. Spacemail describes daily restoration backups retained for up to four weeks. Provider backups are separate from Capital Bridge’s enquiry-retention policy.

Enquiry Retention

For unsuccessful enquiries, Capital Bridge’s retention policy is a maximum of 12 months from the last substantive contact, with earlier deletion when follow-up is no longer needed. Spam and test submissions are scheduled for deletion within 30 days. Active and completed mandates require a separate retention schedule appropriate to their purpose and applicable obligations. A quarterly manual review is required to identify records for deletion and document any necessary exceptions. This policy is being implemented; automated deletion is not configured.
